The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Bergson was elected mayor of Duluth in 2003, taking a two-way race with 57 percent of the vote over local businessman Charlie Bell.
- He succeeded Gary Doty, who retired from the office after serving three terms.
- Bergson lost his bid for re-election in a crowded 12-candidate primary in September 2007.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Herb Bergson article was read about 1,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 45 and blocks with 18: each hit it takes is cut by 7 %.
