The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The settlement is also referred to as "Jabal Abu Ghneim", which is the Arabic name of the hill.
- One purpose given for the decision approving of its establishment was to obstruct the growth of the nearby Palestinian city of Bethlehem.
- The settlement was officially renamed Homat Shmuel in 1998 after Shmuel Meir, a former deputy mayor of Jerusalem, who played an active role in its development before he was killed in a car accident in 1996.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Har Homa article was read about 6,400 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 66 and blocks with 67: each hit it takes is cut by 27 %.
