The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- They were built at the Wolverhampton railway works of the Great Western Railway between 1897 and 1905.
- 1897 was the very year of George Armstrong's retirement, so it is uncertain if the design should be attributed to him or to his superior at Swindon, William Dean.
- In fact the 2021s were simple enlargements of the Armstrong-designed 850 class of 1874.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The GWR 2021 Class article was read about 7,600 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 53 and blocks with 40: each hit it takes is cut by 16 %.
