The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The land plants have emerged deep within the charophytes as a sister of the Zygnematophyceae.
- Since the realization that the Embryophyta emerged within the green algae, some authors are starting to include them.
- The completed clade that includes both green algae and embryophytes is monophyletic and is referred to as the clade Viridiplantae and as the kingdom Plantae.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Green algae article was read about 65,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 70 and blocks with 54: each hit it takes is cut by 22 %.
