The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The speech has come to be viewed as one of the most famous, enduring, and historically significant speeches in American history.
- Lincoln delivered the speech on the afternoon of November 19, 1863, during a formal dedication of Soldiers' National Cemetery, now known as Gettysburg National Cemetery, on the grounds where the Battle of Gettysburg had been fought four and a half months earlier, between July 1 and July 3, 1863, in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
- In the battle, Union army soldiers successfully repelled and defeated Confederate forces in what proved to be the Civil War's deadliest and most decisive battle, resulting in more than 50,000 Confederate and Union army casualties in a Union victory that altered the war's course in the Union's favor.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Gettysburg Address article was read about 680,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 87 and blocks with 92: each hit it takes is cut by 37 %.
