The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- They have a flattened skull, upright, triangular ears, a pointed, slightly upturned snout, and a long, bushy tail.
- Twelve species belong to the monophyletic "true fox" group of genus Vulpes.
- Another 25 current or extinct species are sometimes called foxes but are either part of the paraphyletic group of the South American foxes or belong to an outlying group, the latter consisting of the bat-eared fox, the gray fox, and the island fox.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Fox article was read about 800,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 74 and blocks with 87: each hit it takes is cut by 35 %.
How to get Fox
Open packs. Each pack holds five cards drawn from real Wikipedia articles, the rarest last, and the fifth card is always Rare or better. The odds are shown in the game. A free pack arrives every hour and two can wait, and the Coins you win in duels buy more packs.
