The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- The date marks the 1991 presidential election, in which Nursultan Nazarbayev was elected as the first president of independent Kazakhstan.
- The day was celebrated as a public holiday from 2012 until 2022, after which it was retained as a commemorative date but removed from the list of official holidays.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The First President's Day article was read about 540 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 58 and blocks with 36: each hit it takes is cut by 14 %.
