The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It was created on 27 May 1815 for the bibliographer, genealogist and politician Samuel Egerton Brydges.
- He claimed the barony of Chandos, initially on behalf of his older brother Reverend Edward Tymewell Brydges and then on his own behalf.
- The House of Lords rejected the claim in 1803, but Brydges nevertheless continued to style himself per legem terrae Baron Chandos of Sudeley.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Egerton-Barrett-Brydges baronets article was read about 190 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 37 and blocks with 22: each hit it takes is cut by 9 %.
