Diocletian, an Epic card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• He was born Diocles to a family of low status in the Roman province of Dalmatia.
• As with other Illyrian soldiers of the period, Diocles rose through the ranks of the military early in his career, serving under Aurelian and Probus, and eventually becoming a cavalry commander for the army of Emperor Carus.
• After the deaths of Carus and his son Numerian on a campaign in Persia, Diocles was proclaimed emperor by the troops, taking the name "Diocletianus".

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Diocletian article was read about 570,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 89 and blocks with 100: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
