The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It is published at least once every Congressional Term and is in the public domain.
- It was previously published as the Pocket Congressional Directory.
- Directories since the 82nd Congress are available online from the Government Publishing Office, Earlier versions as well as printed versions since 1997 are available from most Federal Depository Libraries.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Congressional Pictorial Directory article was read about 1,200 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 62 and blocks with 18: each hit it takes is cut by 7 %.
