The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- By contrast, black-and-white or gray-monochrome photography records only a single channel of luminance and uses media capable only of showing shades of gray.
- In color photography, electronic sensors or light-sensitive chemicals record color information at the time of exposure.
- This is usually done by analyzing the spectrum of colors into three channels of information, one dominated by red, another by green and the third by blue, in imitation of the way the normal human eye senses color.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Color photography article was read about 100,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 80 and blocks with 61: each hit it takes is cut by 24 %.
