The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It was a post of the District of Oregon.
- One of nine camps created during a time of conflict between settlers and Native Americans, it was located three miles northeast of the present-day city of Sisters.
- The camp was intended to house troops who would protect settlers on the Santiam Wagon Road from Indian attack.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Camp Polk article was read about 540 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 42 and blocks with 29: each hit it takes is cut by 12 %.
