Cable television, an Uncommon card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• Cable television is contrasted with terrestrial television, wherein the television signal is transmitted over-the-air by radio waves and received by a television antenna, and with satellite television, wherein a communications satellite transmits the television signal over-the-air by way of radio waves which then are received by a satellite dish antenna.
• A cable channel is television programming transmitted by cable and by satellite television.
• Alternative terms for a cable channel include non-broadcast channel and programming service, the latter term is used in legal contexts.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Cable television article was read about 130,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 68 and blocks with 38: each hit it takes is cut by 15 %.
