The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- A cabinet minister since 2009, Nzimande was the General Secretary of the South African Communist Party from 1998 to 2022.
- Nzimande formerly served as the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology from 2019 to 2024, as Minister of Transport from 2018 to 2019, and as Minister of Higher Education and Training from 2009 to 2017.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Blade Nzimande article was read about 16,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 60 and blocks with 21: each hit it takes is cut by 8 %.
