The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It comprises six provinces, four on the Bicol Peninsula: Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon, and two off the shore: Catanduanes and Masbate, and one independent component city of Naga.
- The regional administrative center and the most populous city is Legazpi, while the region's commercial and educational center is the independent component city of Naga.
- The region is bounded by Lamon Bay to the north, the Philippine Sea to the east, and the Sibuyan Sea and Ragay Gulf to the west.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Bicol Region article was read about 89,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 82 and blocks with 72: each hit it takes is cut by 29 %.
