The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Under his administration, the student body and faculty more than doubled in size, and the school went from an academy to a university, and was officially incorporated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
- Cluff changed class periods from half an hour to a full hour, adopted the official colors of the university, started summer school and the Alumni Association, encouraged the university's first student newspaper, provided the first student loans, and developed an intercollegiate sports system.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Benjamin Cluff article was read about 1,500 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 65 and blocks with 52: each hit it takes is cut by 21 %.
