The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- This resulted in the shutdown of the Bank and its replacement by state banks.
- The Second Bank of the United States was chartered for twenty years as a private institution with exclusive authority to operate on a national scale.
- While its stated purpose was to stabilize the American economy through a uniform currency and stronger federal presence, critics questioned whom it truly served.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Bank War article was read about 58,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 88 and blocks with 100: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
