The facts on the card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

It is the second most populous municipality in the province and the sixth in the region.
It is the main commercial, industrial and agricultural centre of the Marsica area, with important high-tech industries and the Fucino Space Centre.
The city was destroyed by the earthquake of 1915.

Why it is Uncommon

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Avezzano article was read about 27,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 70 and blocks with 66: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
