Artillery, a Rare card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

• Early artillery development focused on the ability to breach defensive walls and fortifications during sieges, and led to heavy, fairly immobile siege engines.
• As technology improved, lighter, more mobile field artillery cannons were developed for battlefield use.
• This development continues today, modern self-propelled artillery vehicles are highly mobile weapons of great versatility generally providing the largest share of an army's total firepower.

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Artillery article was read about 220,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 88 and blocks with 73: each hit it takes is cut by 29 %.
