The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Born in Jerusalem in 1891, he studied in Constantinople and joined Al-Muntada al-Adabi until he joined the Ottoman army during World War I. He was captured and spent three years in a prisoner-of-war camp in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia, from where he escaped after the Russian Revolution and returned to Palestine.
- He served as mayor of East Jerusalem in the 1950s during the Jordanian annexation of the West Bank.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Aref al-Aref article was read about 5,100 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 61 and blocks with 54: each hit it takes is cut by 22 %.
