The facts on the card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

As of 2014, the Temple had been under construction for nine years, with a total budget of ₹30 million Rupees, and another 20 million Rupees planned.
The project's goal is to make "Andhra Shirdi" one of the most important and holiest temples in India.

Why it is Common

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Andhra Shiridi article was read about 670 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 41 and blocks with 15: each hit it takes is cut by 6 %.
