The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Converted into an armed merchantman during the Russo-Japanese War of 1904–1905, she played a crucial role in the Battle of Tsushima.
- Although used as a hospital ship during the early part of World War II, she had been chartered by the Imperial Japanese Navy as a transport in 1943, and was sunk by the United States Navy in 1944 with great loss of civilian lives.
Why it is Common
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The America Maru article was read about 2,800 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 56 and blocks with 30: each hit it takes is cut by 12 %.
