The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Often "peaceful" sounding and lacking composition, beat, and/or structured melody, ambient music uses textural layers of sound that can reward both passive and active listening, and encourage a sense of calm or contemplation.
- The genre evokes an "atmospheric", "visual", or "unobtrusive" quality.
- Nature soundscapes may be included, and some works use sustained or repeated notes, as in drone music.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Ambient music article was read about 170,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 81 and blocks with 85: each hit it takes is cut by 34 %.
