The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Upon his death, Nepotian attempted to usurp the crown in place of Ramiro I. During his reign, which covered a span of 51 years, Alfonso discovered the supposed tomb of St. James the Great in the town of Compostela, which later became known as the city of Santiago de Compostela.
- He was the son of Fruela I and Munia, a Basque woman captured and brought back to Asturias by the former following a military campaign.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Alfonso II of Asturias article was read about 23,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 53 and blocks with 25: each hit it takes is cut by 10 %.
