The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- It was first published in 1936.
- Taking place before, during, and after the American Civil War, it focuses on the rise and fall of Thomas Sutpen, a plantation owner in the American South, as told by several unreliable narrators many years later.
Why it is Uncommon
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Absalom, Absalom! article was read about 150,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 58 and blocks with 23: each hit it takes is cut by 9 %.
