The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- They produced a distinctive soft musical style, combining Karen's contralto vocals with Richard's harmonizing, arranging, and composition.
- During their 14-year career, the Carpenters recorded 10 albums along with many singles and several television specials.
- The siblings were born in New Haven, Connecticut, but moved to Downey, California, in 1963.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The The Carpenters article was read about 590,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 85 and blocks with 100: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
