The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- While sushi has numerous styles and presentations, the current defining component is the vinegared rice, also known as shari, or sumeshi.
- The modern form of sushi is believed to have been created by Hanaya Yohei, who invented nigiri-zushi, the most commonly recognized type today, in which seafood is placed on hand-pressed, vinegared rice.
- This innovation occurred around 1824 in the Edo period.
Why it is Epic
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Sushi article was read about 570,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 87 and blocks with 92: each hit it takes is cut by 37 %.
