The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- Defined in varying scopes, the region is recognized in the United Nations Statistics Division scheme as encompassing 18 sovereign states and 4 territories.
- It includes the Horn of Africa to the North, African Great Lakes to the west, the coast of the Indian ocean to the east, and Southeastern Africa to the south.
- The geography of East Africa is quite varied, with coastal regions leading up to cooler highlands where large population centers are often located.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The East Africa article was read about 270,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 81 and blocks with 79: each hit it takes is cut by 32 %.
