The facts on the card
The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.
- There are a total of 101 departments, consisting of ninety-six departments in metropolitan France, and five overseas departments.
- Departments are further subdivided into 333 arrondissements and 2,054 cantons.
- These last two levels of government have no political autonomy, instead serving as the administrative basis for the local organisation of police, fire departments, and, in certain cases, elections.
Why it is Rare
Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Departments of France article was read about 380,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 82 and blocks with 64: each hit it takes is cut by 26 %.
