The facts on the card

The card carries these facts from its Wikipedia article.

Researchers and popular media use the mid-to-late 1990s as starting birth years and the early 2010s as ending birth years, with the generation typically being defined as people born from 1997 to 2012.
Most members of Generation Z are the children of younger Baby Boomers, Generation X and older Millennials, and it is predicted that many will be the parents of members of Generation Alpha and Generation Beta.
As children in the mid-late 2000s and 2010s, Generation Z was the first social generation to grow up with Web 2.0 and digital technology as an established commodity.

Why it is Legendary

Rarity in WikiCards follows a year of Wikipedia page views: the most read articles become Epic and Legendary cards. The Generation Z article was read about 3,000,000 times in a year. ATK comes from the length of the article and DEF from its quality, so this card hits with 98 and blocks with 99: each hit it takes is cut by 40 %.
